  1. I must admit I take much longer steps when I am lunging for distance as opposed to total number of steps!

  2. Since I can't go overhead I did something silly and doubled the weight to 95 lbs and did front rack position walking lunges.. done like that was 14:55. Burpees sort of stung shoulder but not too much. Seeing ortho in two weeks. 9 days without drinking as of today... doesn't really feel any different, the difference is on the weekends when I drink more than a couple... often a LOT more... not doing that is the difference maker rather than skipping 1-3 during the week. Nonetheless, the experiment continues. Went to a fancy reception last night at Denver Broncos headquarters and I think everyone there was drinking except for me and one other guy. LOL.
