TK – AMRAP in 20: 8 Strict Pull-ups, 8 Box jumps, 36" box 12 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

  1. All these overhead options that have been coming up are a challenge since overhead doesn't work with my shoulder.

    Snatches don't hurt on the way up, but on the way down my shoulder screams. But, KB swings don't bother it.

    Anyway I did this are RX except the KBs since I don't have a 2 pood, and not knowing how my shoulder would do I kept the reps at 12.

    And yes I did do 36' box jumps, those are a bear.

    I completed 8 rounds + PUs and 6 Box Jumps
