5 rounds run 800m/bench 205x10/pullup+45#x10

  1. Nice work lately fellas. I have been struggling with motivation and today was no exception. I did manage to very slowly complete a half on Saturday, but it was slow enough that it made me feel bad instead of good.

    I cut this back to three rounds cause it just hurt. I did 10# weighted dips and 25# weighted pullups cause the 45ers were just not happening.

  2. Glad to have you back Justinius the Strong. Hopefully the blog can serve as some motivation. We need to see you moving! I Fletcherized this one, not too many I don't have to Fletcherize nowadays. I do have an appt with my orthopedic surgeon, same guy that rebuilt my knee in 1998. That's in two weeks.. Still haven't had an adult beverage now in 8 days... this is an interesting experiment... something I RARELY do. Did this like this: 5 rounds of row 800M, 10 ring dips (it's a downward push so it doesn't hurt shoulder very much, I feel something twinge but it's not too bad) and 10 weighted pullups RXd @ 45 lbs. Lots of fuddling around with getting the belt off and on, in and out of rower, moving a rack out of the way at one point that I kept smashing with the swinging kettle bell... LOL. All that said, 31:56. Pushed hard at the end to get under 32.

  3. Old man Harrison did 5 rounds of 800M run, 10 pushups (shoulder issues), and 10 GHD sit-ups. TT 35:15.
