  1. Back on 140513 I did this totally differently, did 850M rows because that's where I was at when the runners returned, and also did PCs instead of SCs. So back then I was at 37:15. Given those subs I think I did better today and could call this a PR. That's because I did 100 lb squat cleans and 1K rows. TT 39:43. Total grinder. It was all about the squat cleans, and the final round of burpees was a mental beating.

  2. This one was a GRINDER! I used 75 lbs on Dead hang squats, and 1000M rows instead of running. TT 40:38
