Had numbers to shoot for from last time and managed to beat 5 out of six of them.Last time sumos 20-22-27 total 69This time sumos 25-24-31 total 80Last time 30"BJ 12-22-31 total 65This time 30"BJ 15-25-32 total 72This was a pretty darn good ass kicker by the time it was done.
Looks like I didn't do this one last time... this was done 10 minutes after the 15-12-9 squat clean/CTBs, I was already pretty worn down but what the heck, sometimes you just do a double. 30" Box step ups (actually 30 1/2"): 14,21,31: total 66SDHP @ 115: 15,24,35: total: 74. So, I pussed out. Jeff went wth 26" box steps, and 95 lb SDHP:Box: 21,30,49: 100 totalSDHP: 21,21,26: 58 totalI was whooped after those two WODs.
