5 RFT 10 DLs, 10 Snatch, 10 HSPU, 10 Snatch

  1. Scaled DL a little bit to 205, subbed GHDs for HSPU (shoulder) and for snatch I did RX'd power snatch... didn't bother my shoulder because at this light of a weight there isn't really any pressing, more of a pull and core move. TT like this was 17:08.
