400m Run + Wall Balls

  1. I have had a good Saturday so far. Had some late night fun last night and this morning and this afternoon. Also got a workout and some studying in. The WOD

    AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

    Run 400m
    40 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball

    Total - 4 complete rounds + 300m

    The last 5-7 reps of wall balls really get to the shoulders later in the workout. A good sweatfest to get started with. I think I'm going to start on "Mary on Steroids" in about 10 minutes. Later fellas.

    On this day I subbed nice long run with some rounds of 50 and 25 squats and final hill sprint. Love running now that it is warmer outside.
