I think I found a pretty good sub for MU's as far as workload. For every MU, do a jumping MU, then once on top at full extension, come down for a good ol' ring dip, then do a CTB pullup. Actually I did this in batches of 5. Kicked my ass! I removed 1/3 of the squats to be smart about the knee. I figured 90 95 lb BS's was sufficient. TT = 23:59. Whooped me good. Standing around quite a bit waiting for energy for the next jumping MU. Wasn't jumping too much either.

Don't know why it took so long; I'd figured on only 15-17mins but what the hell...
