Muscle Up Back Squat

  1. I did MU progressions like the last MU WOD.

    23:50

Don't know why it took so long; I'd figured on only 15-17mins but what the hell...

  2. WODoers: 37:05 as rx'd, tough but good.

Off tomorrow, might do a light 5k run, might throw in some burpees to fuck with her neighbors, and hopefully lots of active rest today and tomorrow.:)

    Peace

  3. Me and Mama J got back from SA late last night. Had a good time.

Was hoping to get a double in today, but only was able to get this one in before church. Jumping MU's sub for me.

    TT - 25:58

Pretty happy with my time considering I had quite a few breaks helping Ma on the machines and checking on her. Later fellas.

  4. I think I found a pretty good sub for MU's as far as workload. For every MU, do a jumping MU, then once on top at full extension, come down for a good ol' ring dip, then do a CTB pullup. Actually I did this in batches of 5. Kicked my ass! I removed 1/3 of the squats to be smart about the knee. I figured 90 95 lb BS's was sufficient. TT = 23:59. Whooped me good. Standing around quite a bit waiting for energy for the next jumping MU. Wasn't jumping too much either.
