  2. Justin. What can I say. You are a man among boys. Murph with a vest?! I am going to do it tomorrow or the next day, with a vest. Honor the fallen. I'll row 2K's though...

Today was my first WOD in a while, skipped the entire last cycle with a cold. Today I did a combo deal. Weighted pullups and then 3 rounds of 500M row and 40 wall balls. It was hard to WOD, I am still not better.

    3 rounds of 500M row and 40 WB = 13:28
    WPU's: 20x10 (unbroken), 45-56-73-90-100-105(F)

Had 20lb vest on, then a belt with kettle bells. That was fun, never done 1RM WPU before. I was 1 inch away on the 105, just couldn't get the chin up and over. Up to my lower lip!

  4. What's up fellas? First WOD since last Thursday. My shoulder is all jacked up so there will be no Murph for me today. Pushups would not be a good thing for me to do right now.

Instead I did the AMRAP of Core & OHS from the other day. Toughest part for me was the OHS. 95# isn't alot of weight but the reps got to me and racking the weight sucked on my shoulder. I got 6 rounds in just under 20 minutes. Good WOD, felt good to workout again. This injury is going to limit me some, but I've got to get my CF fix somehow.

    Later

  5. I know I've said this before... but read Lone Survivor. If you haven't read it, read it!
