    Today I did the core boster from the other day (BE/K2E/OHS), but I came awfully close to puking. I am still not 100%, a few cards shy of a full deck. Got really nauseous so I stopped after 5 rounds. Got 5 rounds in 16 minutes.

  3. 300lbs is all I have for weights. So I did extra DL's to compensate.
