  4. So here's the scoop. The Nor cal venue was a good idea, but it sucked ass. They flopped this one. Sundays workout should be a "fun" one with a bunch of action. So out of 275 men Travis in 102 and I'm sitting at 18th. I will have to blow this one up tomorrow to secure a top 20 spot. 6 minutes to reach 1 rep max c&j then onto a
    sprint 50yards - 25 burpees
    Lunge 100yds
    5 rounds of 40lb dumbell chest to everhead
    100yd farmer carry
    25 burpees
    Row 500
    Run 450

    3rm PR by 15#. Previous 1rm PR was 165. Good day. I also got in 100GHDs, sets of 10 between w/u and lifts.
