Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

I came in after work tonight, because a college buddy is passing through town. So, I wanted to get done for the night early. Hit the after work rush of douche bags, so I subbed as best I could to avoid everybody.

Completed 6 full rounds + 15 BE + 15 GHD SU
