Core + OHS

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

  1. I came in after work tonight, because a college buddy is passing through town. So, I wanted to get done for the night early. Hit the after work rush of douche bags, so I subbed as best I could to avoid everybody.

    Rounds of:

    15 BE's / 45# db straight leg DL
    15 GHD SU's - ball under ass/feet elevated
    45# db OH Lunge 1st round / 45# plate OH Lunge

    Completed 6 full rounds + 15 BE + 15 GHD SU
