Monday 3/22 - Deadlifts and Double Under's

Three rounds for time of:

275 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
50 Double-unders

  1. I subbed jump tucks for DU's. I'm not very good at jump rope, but I'm practicing. DU's would of taken me an hour to complete.

  2. I skipped this one and don't plan to make it up. My lower back still hurts daily and often from that DL injury I had two months back. And DU's pound my knees.

  3. On the catch-up trail tonight. I forgot my rope, so I had to use one of globo-gyms. I think I was only able to string together about 10 DU's in a row, when I usually can string about 25. Enough bitchin,

    TT = 12:11 as Rx'ed.
