FRAN

  1. 4:23 with ring pull ups. Haven't been doing a lot of ring pull ups and it showed. It is much more difficult to get into a kipping rythm on the rings and I had no rythm today. The set of fifteen took for fucking ever to get done. It was really slow today but it still fucked me up for a good bit after. Enjoy her boys, she's a bitch, but ya got to love that girl Fran.

    21-15-9 rep for time:

I'm so pissed I was 1:51 when I grabbed the bar going into the 9's that's when it went down hill. Thrusters were 2, 4 and 3, I didn't drop the bar, but I did stop and pause and breath between sets. I shit the bed at the end big time and couldn't even get all 9 of my pull-ups, had to go 6 and 3. But I know I got a 2:20's Fran in me now and that's a good feeling.

  3. Nice work guys.

I made 5:10, down :15 from when we did this in May. Thrusters were all FINALLY unbroken, kind of - I rested once during the 15 but w/out dropping the bar. Pullups are still a major slowing factor for me with my setup (low ceiling - let it go Fletcher my garage has been declared offlimits). It's not quite high enough to get into a kipping rhythm, so I end up doing max strict, then switch to a quasi-kip which really slows things down.

  4. Good job beating Fran's ass fellas.

Unfortunately for me my poor conditioning and time off really showed.

TT - 7:42, up 3 minutes from my PR months ago

Taking time off really kills you, but it's good to be back. I love/hate that burning lungs feeling. Later fellas.
