What? No Burpees?

For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps,
20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans,
35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

  1. Felt worked from yesterday so did this about 90% effort with some standing around. I did clappinng pushups instead of ring dips and just plumb forgot the back extentions. Did 95# barbell squat cleans. Still a good work out.

  2. I didn't have a rope to climb and couldn't find a suitable sub in the gym to do so. Also, I did 2:1 subs of dips to ring dips. The writing on the back of my hand started to smudge during the WOD, so I think I only did 20 K2E's and 20 sit-ups. So, other than completely fucking this workout up, I liked it.

    25 lunges
    20 PUs
    50 BJ 20"
    *20 tuck jumps (side-to-side over barbell)
    25 RDs
    20 KTE
    *30 KB (only have 1.5pd)
    30 situps
    *20 HSC 95# barbell
    *25 goodmornings 45#
    *30 thrusters 45#
    *45 jumping PUs

    TT = 22:15

    I was aiming for 20mins but that HSC-GM-thrusters turn did a job on my back, really slowed me down.

  4. Well my new plan is to starve myself, work and then workout while on amphetamines... It seems to be working quite well. Started my new nursing job in the ICU at a level 1 trauma center this week and have my interview for anesthesia school next month. If all goes well I'll be in anesthesia school come march.

    Complete five rounds of:
    Deadlift, 3 reps
    Max rep Handstand push-ups

    Jacob
    345lbs for all deadlifts
    HSPU were 28-23-16-18-18

    Then just set up for the WOD and went at it.

  5. Jacob! 11 minutes? Crazy.

    I'm still in hotel land, so I did a similar workload (or more) chipper. This one TORCHED my shoulders. Burning!

    50 wide lat pulldowns (130 lbs) (no pullup bars)
    50 pushups
    50 wall balls (15 lb med ball, that went over well.. people were like WTF??)
    50 burpees (why did I include these, was SO winded, but what's new)
    50 30 lb dumbbells clean and jerks (whew!!)
    50 50 lb dumbbell swings

    I think it was 23 minutes. It kicked my butt.
