WODoers: Had to clean the weight, which was a little rough after yesterday. Just missed tying pr of 235 then went for 240 and missed it big, good news was the cleans were easy. Think I've got it in me, just not today.
Still good work Justin. I'm no good for this lift, between my basic lack of strength, kind of tight ceiling, and no bumpers. I PR'd at 185 the last time this came up, but it just wasn't there yesterday. I worked up to 175 and then ended up doing a bunch there, no higher. When it was done I dropped down and did a bunch more at 135. But frankly I think this lift works much better mentally at higher weights, it forces you to be both explosive with the legs and snap down to the catch.
I did 90-100 (lost track of sets) weighted GHDs also.
Hey there duders. I went mountain biking this morning early, met my buddies at 6:15 on the trail. Ride took 75 minutes. I had my heart rate above 170 many times, pushed hard! New job is a storm!
