Still feeling the heel, although it seems to be going away a bit. But I opted to keep weight off it again today. Instead I did10 rounds of:5 strict pullups10 hands-up pushups15 weighted situps (25#, held overhead)20 goodmornings, 45# barbellTT = just over 26 minutes
