  2. Still feeling the heel, although it seems to be going away a bit. But I opted to keep weight off it again today. Instead I did

    10 rounds of:

    5 strict pullups
    10 hands-up pushups
    15 weighted situps (25#, held overhead)
    20 goodmornings, 45# barbell

    TT = just over 26 minutes
