  1. Hey fellas, I'll be back on a mostly regular schedule now. I've been working out a bit in the past, but definitely don't have the lungs to go after these types of workouts yet.

    I subbed running for rowing today. I don't even know if there is a rower at the Gonzaga gym.

    TT 16:40. Started back up this am. Time to get in shape for the winter. Oh yeah "It feels good to feel like shit."
