WODoers: Pressed for time so I scaled this one to AMRAP 20 minutes 5WC/10TB/20BJ. I got four rounds and four wall climbs. Those wall climbs are fucking harddd.
Wall climbs were brutal. I scaled back to 5 after the first round. Box jumps were 20". Still a kick ass WOD.TT: 19:52It probably would of taken me a 1/2 hour to do this RX'd
That was a bitch. TT 28:10 RX'dThose wall climbs almost made me quit. Major head rushes and shoulder pain going on... Round times: 5:26, 5:34, 5:51, 5:49, 5:30Feeling like ass after that.
