Mikey: I ain't no doctor but I have NEVER heard of exercise causing high blood pressure. Try this my friend. Take 3 1200mg fish oils first thing in the morning with a baby asprin. Do the same thing before dinner. Try it for a week. Then add an extra fish oil if it doesn't go down.
Had trouble squatting today. Still working on getting knee out over toes. As rx'd 15:19

Hey dudes - in a hotel room in Vegas. Had two beers and went to bed before everyone else, good thing cos the MGM Grand is noisy, up at 5, slept 5 1/2 hours.
Thanks for the advice Fletch and Kook. Also, Kook, I was in a bit of disbelief when the doc told me that CF could be contributing to high bp. But, whatever. I feel good and things are in line whenever I take my readings for myself.
Anyway, this one took quite a while using the 3:1 sub for MU's. PU's and dips got tough after the first round.
