Going to blame the weakness today on the last cycle. 40#s below pr and couldn't even get 3 reps. Trying to keep things in perspective but that really pisses me off!
I think I'll do like a "max reps light front squats" tomorrow for this. Like 135x max reps x 5 sets. I was also thinking let's leave the blog the way it is. As long as we all stay consistent we are a good team, we are all quite close in age, size, and ability which makes it cool. Plus we're all really cool and we drink beer.
I dunno Justin, I felt the same way today. NO legs. My 3RM is 200, I made 155x3-175x3-185x3 today and that was it. So then I did 185 singles after that x5.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. My legs and shoulders are waisted from yesterday's WOD and the cycle before. No PR's for me today but it's the heaviest I've gone on the Front Squat since last April. PR is 230 on these today I stopped at 200.

I felt pretty spent after the last set so I a good workout for me today. Each day I'm getting stronger and that's a good thing.

No gingers here Chris. But the game just ended and apparently only ND showed up to play, so that makes us the kid that got beat by the redheaded stepchild.
I'm a big fan of Boeheim. It took me years to convince my wife (UConn alum) that he isn't a dick. He and JC are the best pair of Jims in any sport, ever.
