  1. Piles of suck ass!! Rowed 125m with 90 seconds rest damper on 10. Fastest round was 20.6 seconds and slowest was 22.3. Holy shit was this a brutal wod.

  3. Hey guys, sorry I've been so absent the last couple of weeks. We had good snow & conditions up in VT & NH on vaca, so at least I got in a bunch of skiing, but otherwise I've been on planes and in meetings since then. It's amazing how much of a blob you can feel like after only a couple weeks off.

    Good work on the rowing sprints boys. Last time this came up, I did the same thing but only 100m w/ 45sec rests. I checked, and my times were all 17-18secs. Damper on 3 (I never change that).

    I decided to just go for a run today to remind my body that it's got work ahead of it this week. I'm wondering how I'll do tomorrow's BP/squat WOD since I use my bench as a squat rack. Any thoughts?

  5. Did this one last week running on the indoor track. I was pleasantly surprised that my first sprint was my slowest, and fastest was 5th or 6th. Timing may be off a bit as I was doing this with my stopwatch (cell phone) in my hand. But, they were all fairly similar so I think it was decent. The run also included 3 turns which probably slowed me down by 0.03 seconds.

    Slowest 20.4
