    Scaled OHS to 115# just like last time.

  2. Chas I hear you on the eating better. I'm glad hockey season is almost over here. Way too much beer. I've put on some weight and I can feel it big time when I WOD. I need a change.

    OHS are just plain hard for me. I had to scale way back to 95# if I was going to keep this moving relatively quickly. DL's as RX'd

  3. I had your Orangemen going pretty far Chris, I'm a huge Boeheim fan. My Huskies just made the Final Four and I never, ever would have called that this year. I can't put into words how psyched I am.

  4. Damned crossfit crack. Drink 25 beers and several shots of Jim beam. TT= 12 hours 45 minutes. next morning 100 standing lunges 200 push ups 300 sit ups partition as you want. 19:29. Time to go pay the rent:) viva las Vegas!

  5. 25 beers and several shots of Jim Bean = how the hell did I end up closing down the club and passing out with stripper on top of me at 8 am. Have fun in Vegas.

    Tried to do this one yesterday, but felt like my left wrist was going to break off when I tried to do OHS's. Thought about switching to 185# front squats instead, but the gym was busy and I couldn't get 2 bars to go back and forth with. So, I just ended up jumping rope for about 20 minutes.
