"McCluskey"

Three rounds of:
9 Muscle-ups
15 Burpee pull-ups
21 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    I was able to do 9, 6, 1 weighted muscle ups. I did 3 and 8 unweighted in rounds two and three. Everything else as rx'd. 56:50

  2. Justin I don't know what else to say but damn dude! Very impressive doing this RX'd. Needless to say I had to sub for the muscle ups.

    3 Rounds:

    9 MU progressions, start on your knees, rings ear level, doing an assisted muscle ups
    9 Toe 2 Bar's
    15 Burpee Pullups w/9-10" jump
    21 Pullups
    800m Run

    My pullups never seem to get any better. It was a cold one today out in the garage. I had to do this one as best as I could to honor McCluskey.

    Last round was awful, felt sick and dizzy, especially during BPUs and the row. I rowed my ass off in round 3. For added difficulty I did the BPUs on the high bar where I have to jump about 8 inches to reach the bar. Those were totally exhuasting with the vest.
