Run, situps and BEs, then Run

  2. Good work Fletch. I'm catching up after a weekend in Philly for alumni rowing event. I did this as rx'd w/ runs, although I did 45# gmornings instead of BEs.

  3. Started off with this one last night on my quest to catch up with everybody.

    TT = 27:48

    My first mile felt like hell, but was actually one of my better mile times lately. Weird. Then, the second mile felt like worse hell and timed like hell as well. Not weird.
