WODoers: Got me a pr on this one. 17 and 9. Old pr was 16 and 9, so that is a good day in my book.
Nice Justin! No PR for me but I'm happy I came close after going 2+ weeks without doing a pullup.13mins + 11PR is 14mins and should probably have been higher than that since I cut it short to double up w/ another WOD.
Nice work guys. I got 15 and 14, just couldn't hold onto the bar anymore. My PR is 16 and 9. Maybe next time.Justin thanks again for the video.
Fine work gentmen,I did bad today. I feel bad, bouncing back and forth between sick and less sick, and sleeping like crap and working too much.14+11. Almost skipped the WOD cos' feeling like poo. PR is 16 and 9 to give an indication of the suckbuttness. Viva La Poopie Pants
Weird that JTS, Chris, and Me all came into this one with the exact same PR
