  2. It certainly does not seem possible. 300 reps? Really? Can't wait to see the video because that time is sick. Just what my legs need another 150 squats. They just started feeling normal again after the medicine ball madness the other day.

  4. Chas first and foremost congrats on the Huskies making it to the Final Four. I wasn't too far off your time, but I got you by little. Same for me PU's and RD's real slow. Ring dips are extremely difficult for me since my shoulder surgery but they are getting better. Slow but sure.

    I subbed pushups with a med ball (the hard rubber, rolly kind) under each hand for ring dips. I thought it was a fair sub, but I am biased. Please feel free to give suggestions.

    Squats and pushups weren't that bad for me, but pullups definitely sucked. Anyway, turned in my last final for the semester and just have two projects and one book review left before the summer session. Later fellas.

  6. WODoers: Man do I need to take a break from beer and Vegas. Holly shit I gained 7 pounds in four days. Weighed in at 209 this morning, so going 20 block zone and no beer for a while. That is the heavistest I have been in over a year and a half. Wanted to throw the scale through the fucking wall. Even with all that bloated fat its still an evening at my house boys. 12:46 as rx'd, so chaulk up one more fat kids. Still getting used to my pullup bar. With a better bar I could go faster.

    TT 15:59. It was the pullups,they were awful. 1 at a time last 30 or so, kipping like a wild animal just to get chin over bar.
