Run 10K

  1. Hey guys. I've had a rough go lately. Sick twice, sleeping bad, multiple work trips, and tweaked my neck/back playing with my daughter last night. Sooo... I did a 6K row at 88% intensity 23:27. Never done that distance before, but it is a common distance for rowers. Felt good to get sweaty and sore. We'll see what comes up tomorrow... I'll either try the FS/rope climb WOD from yesterday or whatever the main site throws up. For RC's I'll do legless from ass to 9' touch, which I am starting to think is harder to do than 15' with legs (if you have the "using legs" skill part nailed).

  2. I am a bit behind again, got finals week for my first session of classes this week. Shouldn't be too bad, but just gotta put in some time. I've been feeling like shit lately too. I think I slept about 3-4 hours last night. Anyway, did this one as half running and half on the eliptical machine.

  3. I finally made this one up. Rowed on the C2.

    TT = 39:29

    Fletcher I about matched your 6K time at ~23:30. I thought I'd be able to stay on pace to hit around 39mins, but I had to take a couple paddle breaks at around 3500 and then around 2000 to go. That's the longest row I've done in a couple of years.

    NB: Craig and others, next time this comes up, I highly recommend downloading anything by G. Love (eg Lemonade or The Hustle) for it. Awesome music to keep your rhythm going.
