Subbed jumping muscle-ups for the real thing. DL's sucked the life out of me today for some reason.

Chris: I think I got you by a second cause I hit the wrong button on my watch to stop it, so there is no way to know for sure. It was somewhere between 14:36 and 14:39. Muslce ups as rx'd. The deadlifts also slowed me down. I think it was knowing that there were for rounds so I broke down my sets from the beginning into manageable chuncks and took little 5 to 10 second breathers throughout the wod to regroup.
ReplyDeleteHey guys. Way to keep going. I've learned that not sleeping well, drinking too much, traveling, not eating good, recovering from a cold, etc. really makes life suck ass. I mean I've been feeling downright depressed the last couple of days. Last WOD was Sat when I did McCluskey, today I went back and did the squat a bunch and HS walk one, and also SP WOD. Slept great last night, feeling better, and only one glass of red wine with dinner. I am on the mend and spirits are up today. I will do a Fletcherized version of this WOD tomorrow.
