  1. Did this out in the garage. It was a little cold but I got warm in a hurry. No world record time here.

    TT: 9:12

Maybe I'll make up the Run, Sit and Back WOD later.

  2. WODoers: Man I was feeling the minutes of pullups today. This got stupid hard in round four.

Chas: Your time from the last time gave me something to shot for and I beat it by 4 seconds with a 6:36. I would have been in the 6:50 range if I wasnt staring at the clock forcing more pullups. Thanks for posting a good mark, I hope mine give you something to beat this time around.

  3. I think you're off a bit Craig; I checked my time from last and it was 7:20. So you beat me by quite a bit, nice work. I'm still catching up, I'll try to beat you tomorrow then make up the jerks.

  4. Yee-haw! Party's at my house. Did this one today, 6:29, PR by 2:06 (pushed way hard today). First three rounds unbroken in about 2 minutes, then I slowed way down on pullups. I feel Frannish, as one from the land of Franland. My throat is really burning.

Justin, I thought I remembered your time was 6:27 so I tried so hard to beat that but couldn't hang in round 7, only to find I did get ya by a little bit.

  5. OK, What the fuck?? My stop watch must be broke. We are all typically in the same ballpark when it comes to metcon WODs. Was I really that much slower?? Maybe I did 8 rounds instead of 7...yes I'm grasping for an explanation. I don't know but I really SUCK.

    Have a nice day

  6. Sorry Justin, I posted before to Craig but it was (obviously) for you.

You guys got me on this one. I got a PR at 6:55 though. For WBs, I did 1pd KB tosses to 8', which felt like a good sub.

PUs slowed me way down again, as they always do.
