This blog is for a bunch of guys who do CrossFit Workouts from all over the place to post our results, musings, and ramblings for all to see.
This WOD was brutal. I subbed box jumps for DU's and I scaled to 75 pounds for the OHS after the first 25 reps. Tough one to finish

Chris you are a bad man!
ReplyDeleteI am not exaggerating when I say that my legs have NEVER hurt that bad walking down the stairs as they just did. They were already trashed Saturday when I did a 90 minute climb on the mtn bike, did many hours of yardwork yesterday, and now this insanity. I did everything RX'd except the OHS, which I scaled to 75 lbs.
Pullups were slow cos the 150 I just did a few days ago and my hands already had 2 big ass blood blisters apiece.
TT 36:24
Pullups 9:30
KBS 7:25 (53 pounder)
100 DUs and 100 SU's 8:22
OHS 11:07
I could barely finish the OHS. My right quad was locking up and "shivering" and whatnot. I am afraid of tomorrow! Very tough WOD
Way to go Chris and Fletch!
ReplyDeleteI did this one Saturday. I really wanted to do the pullups sub-10 and did! But, I was drained for the rest of the WOD. Brutal is definitely a good way to describe this one.

Good Job Mike, especially doing the OHS @ 95 lbs!! Wow.
ReplyDeleteI can barely walk up and down the stairs today, I have not had my legs feel like this in a long time. I guess I need to do 100 OHS's in a row more often.

Nice work guys. I made this one up today. PUs (9:40) and KBS (~5mins) as rx'd, then I started on a 2:1 SU/DU routine but it was brutally slow. I broke that up by doing sets of 50 SUs, and ended up doing 50 DU/300 SU ~9mins. OHS at 75#.
