Push presses humbled me on this one. I made the DLs easily, 21/10-5/9, and squats were, well, squats. But the presses killed me. The most I made was 8 in the first round, and while I finished well (5-4), most of the rest were 2s and 3s. Maybe I should have scaled to 115. Whatever.

Now running almost a full cycle behind. Got this one in yesterday afternoon. I think it helps me to have a good set-up with 2 bars and a rack as well as strategic breaks/sets.
