  2. Did this one last night after a jump rope contest. Me and my friend tied on the first round, I got beat on the 2nd, then won AND set a course record of 56 DU's in 30 seconds.

    135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215f, 215f

    I think that I could have gotten 215 and possibly 225 had I climbed up in weight a little bit differently. But, my wrists were wore out by the time I got to 215. Either way, a good day at the gym.
