Chris: Great job lately, you get the Honey Badger award for the group.
Fletcher: What can you tell me about these new all in ones with the touch screen? They seem to be the ultimate family computer for a small sparce. Any recommendations are appreciated?
WODoers: The rain and moving my fiance and her daughter in over the weekend has once again conspired agaisnt the sub 2 hour half marathon this saturday. I haven't gotten in half the training I planned on. Tomorrow 10 rounds of run 400m 5 muslce ups, then I will taper down to saturday with jog 3,2 and then 1 mile on Friday. I think I am going to try run 15 minutes and walk 1 minute and just see how it goes.
I felt great warming up, but these got real heavy for me at 275. Didn't have much left in my legs after 335, so I played it safe not trying to make another jump. Maybe next time.
