    After doing the WOD I realized it was only suppose to be 5 sets of 3 so I may have gone heavier. I guess we'll find out the next time it comes up.

    PR by 15#. I'm psyched especially given how much the hammies were yelling after yesterday's heavy swings.

    Finished up w/ 205x15. I also got in 100 GHDs between sets.

  4. Was too worried about my upcoming final yesterday after doing Nate to really put a good effort into deads - just wasn't feeling it. Warmed up to 315, then quit. Depending on the weather this afternoon I'll either be in the gym or outside.

    After today, I should only have one case study and 4 credits (2 classes over next month) left!
