This WOD SUCKED the life right out of me. I subbed 100 SDHP's for the rows, everything else RX's. Very tough to finish, but I pushed through because its a hero WOD and it's the least I could do.

Got another afternoon workout in today. I agree with Chris. This WOD was tougher than shit and burpees suck balls! One round of this would be sufficient, but 3 rounds is crazy.

I didn't have a box to jump on, so I subbed tuck jumps but figured that was a decently fair sub. Surprisingly, running didn't feel half bad. Or, maybe it was just the least evil of the 4.

First two RX'd, last one my knee was hurting and visibly swelling, so I had so much fun doing a 2K row. That was perhaps the worst part of this WOD. I think the reason I got you guys is I made a "Burpee Policy".... all rounds of 50 burpees just be completed in 5 minutes, 10 burpees per minute. You are not permitted to fall off of this pace. NASTY! God bless your soul Small!! This was one BAD ASS WORKOUT!!!!
So I finally got around to making this one up, started and then was reminded by the Mrs that we had to go to my son's belt test. I managed to squeeze in two rounds but still a DNF. Still a bear, even at 2/3 strength.
