Cleans

  1. Played some tennis yesterday afternoon right before lifting. I think it helped get rid of some of the soreness from the day before for a bit. Anyway,

    185, 205f, 205f, 205!!, 215f, 215f, 215f

    I think that 205 is the best that I've gotten for some time. My last attempt at 215 felt close as well. So, maybe next time.

    Wanted to try to double up with the DL/BJ workout yesterday, but didn't have it in me after tennis, cleans, and not eating anything before going to the gym. Might do the DL/BJ WOD with the Snatch/MU today rather than subbing the hell out of today's WOD. Later fellas.

  2. I made this one up today - I'm working a day behind this cycle.

    165-185-195-205-215f-215f-185-185-185

    That 205 is my old PR and it went right up. But 215 was a double fail and I dropped back down to 185 for a few more. I followed up with a few HPCs at 165, then did a round of 15 HPCs at 115#. That was as many as I could do before my grip gave out.
