  1. Holy hell do I feel like shit. Drove 6 hours sunday for monday morning hearing and then 6 hours back yesterday. Body revolted and I could barely move this am. So I went for good form.
    4 rounds + 3 hsps totally pathetic performance, barely broke a sweat because I had to rest so much between hsps.

  2. Just glad you're here Justin!

    Guys, I did tons of pulling yesterday and am sore. Rowing, snatches, CTBs, curls (no one gave me shit for doing a single lever glamour move?!). So today I did a bodyweight tuneup WOD. Going out of town for 36 hours to Aspen so tomorrow will be a rest day that will include a round of golf on one of the nations most beautiful courses.

    AMRAP in 20:

    6 pushups
    7 HSPU to AbMat
    8 BE's
    9 GHD's
    10 squats

    Did 8 rounds + 6 pushups + 5 HSPUs to AbMat.

    Fun WOD.

  3. Tough WOD out in the steamy garage today. HSPU's were hard and L-Pulls equally as tough.

    7 Rounds + 7 HSPU's + 3 L-Pullups
