Went great for miles one through 9, but then the wheels came off again. My training was definitely not as good as years past. Total time was very disapointing 2:08:35. It is a tought thing to do so I can't be too upset with myself.
I will be glad to get back on the mainsite routine with the crew.

I went mountain biking Friday 1 hour climb, yesterday was short on time so did 200 pushups for time like 7 minutes, then today (since my leg is swollen) I couldn't even consider Badger, so I went back a few weeks and made up the 15 MIN AMRAP 15 CTB's 30 second ring hold and got 5 rounds + 7 CTBs. I'll post over there...
