First time doing this lift since my surgery. It felt pretty good. I max'd out at 145, not great numbers but a start.I'm happy it's a rest day tomorrow. Pretty sore from this cycle.L

Thanks for the props fellas! It was a tough one.
This still feels like an awkward lift for me. I started feeling a little better with it as I put more weight on it though. I don't drop into the full squat as shown on the main site demos, so I'm sure that my snatch balances aren't as Rx'ed.max @ 185
