Run800m/30Snatch/Run800m

  1. Damn Chris are you seeing into the future? I wasn't sure how this was going to work after the last two days, but somehow I got it done.

    Did this one with 135# and the slightly longer runs. TT 18:29

    I need to get a wheel to measure out a true 800m. I don't mind going further but then its impossible to compare times if you go somewhere else.

  2. I must admit, I'm no Nostradamus. I was following the compare to from 6 years ago and this was the exact same cycle.

    I went with 115 on the snatches, runs as RX'd so Justin you win this one.

  4. Well OK then.. I scaled way down to pussy weight, but that's because heavy stuff, especially repetitive, hurts my messed up back.

    Today I subbed 1K rows and did 95 lb power snatches. TT 11:34. Then I rested 4 minutes and did 4 rounds of 10 CTBs and 10 deep seated ring dips with my feet raised up about two feet off the ground. That took 6:24, CTBs were slow cos of all of the pulling.

    Then I did some heavy curls. Yes, bicep curls. I haven't done those in 2 1/2 years at least. I would like for my arms to not be so wimpy. Sorry, I know.. the VANITY of it all!!!!
