95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

Man I forgot how hard this one was. I broke up the squat cleans and pullups in sets of 6. Seemed to work pretty well.

Something is up with my computer at the house. I can log in, but then Blogger doesn't act like I'm logged in to my profile when I try to post. Anyway, I did this one Saturday with the C&J's.

Rounds were a bit quicker than 13, 15, 17 minutes per round. This was brutal and I was more concerned with just finishing mid-way through the second round until finished.
