  1. Had a rough day oly lifting on Friday, but momma said there'd be days like that.

    Today did this as rx'd only harder, used my new FAT GRIPZ, check em out if your feeling manly. Made it hard as hell to do more than 10 dls in a row without switching grips.

  2. Justin way to rock it buddy! I'll check out the grips, and I still owe you an MU attempt video, sorry for that. Next time they come up for sure, which watch... will be tomorrow.

    I havent' done DL's at ALL in 2 years. So I did the first two rounds with 135, round 3 with 115, and rounds 4 and 5 I left them out... want to see how the back reacts. I subbed 500M rowing for runs (ugh). Last round I did the row in 1:52 and did 30 pushups unbroken, that was gnarly.

  3. I'm back. It's been a distracting couple of weeks. We were away for a little while, I've been traveling, and my father in law was in the hospital after a stroke. Lots to take care of. But he's getting better now in a rehab facility.

    I'm going to see what I can do to hit a WOD every day this week, I need it. I started by making this one up today (Monday). I did 500m rows. The pushups really were the slow point.

  4. Got this one in yesterday afternoon. The gym was pretty packed surprisingly so I subbed 200 single-unders for 250m run so that somebody wouldn't steal my spot. My legs are already sore this morning, so it's probably gonna be a sore next couple days for me.
