It's super hot out in the garage already 90+. Made me sick to my stomach through the entire WOD. I did okay on this one I guess.

I've got my nephew in town this week, so we started off today w/ a Helen make-up. We didn't stagger ourselves very well, so I think I made about 11-12mins with a couple quick breaks to wait for him. We did 500m rows instead of runs. Finished up with 3x10 GHDSUs and some TGU practice, since we had the KBs out.
ReplyDeleteI did this one as the back end of my double last Saturday. KB's were way tougher than expected and kicked my ass. I didn't like doing this on the treadmill so I subbed rowing for running. That may have had something to do with it, but I doubt it.
