Rest Day

    Today. Work up to max 2 postion, floor and high hand power snatch made 135#s, got 145 from floor but not the hang.

    Overhead squat by five made it up to 160#.

    Then 10 DU 10 MU, every time you miss or rest on muscle up, then 10 DU. MU went 4,2,2,1,1 done in 4:20ish. Pretty tough after all the overhead work.
