Big Bag'o PU/HSPU

  1. I made this one up today. No way would I get anywhere near decent ROM on the HSPUs, so I did 95# shoulder presses to get the most out of this one.

  2. Hey guys - First WOD in a while cos I caught a cold... not 100% yet but good enough. I scaled to HSPU's to AbMat because this is insane, 84 HSPUs? I did the pullups super strict... arms fully locked out and shoulders "out of their sockets" full hang. The HSPU's slowed me waaaaaaaay down later on, but I was just proud of myself for finishing this one. 27:37. I have never tried the kipping move on HSPU's that you see folks do on the main site, that looks like it could help a lot. Didn't do that this morning either though. I was doing HSPU's one at a time pretty much for the last 25 or so.
