I'll make this one up tomorrow. I had to head over to the high school for one of my son's football practices tonite, so I did a ~3mi trail run while he was there. Two running days in a row - don't know when I did that last.

ReplyDeleteToday: strong, work up to 140# three position snatch, 3x3 225# snatch pull, 5x3 205# FS, 5 super set 5 snatch grip p/u & 10 back ex
