C and J's were all scaled to 115 lbs but reps were added. 2 additional reps per round so 7,6,5,4,3.

RC's were brutal. They are just hard. Sweating all over the house.
Watched the games last night on ESPN3's website. Very very very inspiring. Mikko Salo was out of the games in the first 5 minutes. He got kicked in the ear in the open ocean swim, burst his eardrum. He finished the WOD although he couldn't SEE. Docs told him he was done after that. So sad. That guy was so committed to training so damn hard all year, has the heart of a lion. I think Froning is gonna get it done.
