  1. Too many beers the night before and way too hot makes for a tough WOD. I was hoping to keep it under 30 minutes. Mission Accomplished!

    I'm pretty sure one of you will beat my time, but so be it.

    Peace out fellas!

  2. Fine work sir. I did a two hour mountain bike ride this morning with Chelle, HR was hovering around 160 almost all of the time, a big lot of climbing we did. Then my sidewall suffered a 3 inch blowout/tear about 3 miles from the bottom, so I had quite an adventure getting back to the car. Great workout, I felt good. I will hit up Morrison tomorrow! Looks like a beat down. Chris, I'll gun for your time, but you whooped me good the other day, not sure I have the same type of blood in my viens as you do right now. Thanks for the goal! (I was also thinking that sub 30 would be about right when I read this one).

  3. I can honestly say I gave this WOD absolutely everything I had in the tank. Felt like crap for an hour afterwards, and short of breath for a good 20 minutes after. Just now starting to feel sort of normal. I think that means some effort was thrown in. Did wall balls on the side of the house for true (at least) 10 footers. I wanted to rest a lot more than I did, I just didn't let myself, but started feeling pretty awful in there! Thought about the hero a lot during this one.

    TT 25:00 to the second. I love my country, even when things aren't ideal, I sure do value my personal liberties.

  4. I'm a few days late, but I got this one day yesterday afternoon. My lower back really didn't like this one and I almost was puking from what I assume was my poor diet lately.

    TT = 31:29

    You guys whooped me on this one.
