  1. Work up to a single of 3 position snatch, floor, below knee, and high hang. Got 135 but kept missing the high hang at 140. You need to try this to appreciate how hard it is. No let go or set down of bar.

    Snatch pull x 3 (175 & 185)

    Snatch push press work up to 205.

    End with 5 super sets of 5 snatch grip pull/10 back extension.
